Sunrise Home Solutions is a nonprofit organization that works alongside real estate agents to help homeowners facing foreclosure explore alternatives like a short sale. We support listing agents and their clients through the process, from organizing hardship documentation to coordinating with lenders, so homeowners can move forward with less stress and more options.

Our team has hands-on experience with real estate transactions, short sales, and the foreclosure timeline.

• We are not affiliated with any lender or government agency
